totally ruined my hair, the hairstylist nathalie doesnt know the difference between an inch, and 5 inches, when I looked at my hair and saw how short they were, (I had long beautiful long hair when I walked in) I started panicking, She went hide in the back room to cry!! What a professional eh! The owner tryed to fix my head but there was nothing to do , and the haircut itself looks like S$%^ ,

he charged me for the haircut and told next time was free and with him.... lol as if im gonna go back
they don t know what they got themselves into, especially this dumb girl who needs a ruler. I mean was she jaleous of my beautiful hair and decided to cut them off, I am beyond pissed. They offered extensions.... EXTENTIONS EXCUSE ME i had beautiful hair and now you ve ruined it!!!
