Mr. Peter Burman...it is sad that you have been initiating a defamatory and libelous campaign against my company. For the past 22 years I have built my company on Integrity, Commitment and Care for my clients. If I truly was the individual you are referring to in your review of me and my company, then my company would not be continuing to grow at the rate it is. For the past two years we have been listed on the PROFIT 500 Canada's Fastest Growing Companies, we have been awarded the ACMO Corporate Member of the Year Award twice and I am also the President of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario. My reputation is impeccable and speaks for itself.

You are one Tenant (not an owner in the condominium you live at) out of 14,000 units my company manages. In our business we cannot please everyone. Rule breakers, bulleys and generally people who think the rules do not apply to them will have issues with the management of their condominium. We will continue to do our job at VIVA Condominiums where the Board of Directors and the majority of homeowners appreciate the work we do in protecting their investment.
We truly regret that you are not enjoying your stay at VIVA. The wonderful thing about Toronto is the abundance of places there are to live. We hope that you will eventually find a place more suitable to your lifestyle where you will be genuinely happy.

If what you wrote were true, there would never have been a petition signed by almost half the people in 3830 and 3840 demanding that your property manager Camelia be fired. There would never have been a town hall meeting attended by over a hundred people who booed at you and, ultimately, forced the board to fire your property manager. So you can keep on lying all you want, Steve, but those who know your company know the truth.
