Crappy work (can't be called 'cleaning' since it leaves the house almost as dirty as it was before the maids arrive), crappy products (can you say "dollarama"?), cheap, noisy vacuum cleaners that don't really suck up any dirt, ever-changing maids who seem to barely drag themselves around the house due to their lack of enthusiasm, and an owner/manager who has an over-inflated self-esteem, but who lacks in social skills and common sense (but has lots of nice things to say about his own company by pretending to be his own 'customers' :) This cleaning company is a joke. Stay away
