We had an extensive renovation of a home we had just bought. Basically the house was gutted and rebuilt over a period of four months.
Generally the quality of the work was very good with a couple of exceptions. Doug was particularly good at innovative solutions for construction related problems of which there were many. Doug always consulted us as to what we preferred and gave us his opinion when we asked for it. This was much appreciated.
Adam did qualtiy work measuring baseboards and cheerfully did odd jobs for us.
Paul was good at dismantling unwanted aspects of the house.
We found Kurt provided reliable service - we could count on his men arriving promptly and regularly. Kurt got other trades in on time as well. We found him easy to get along with - with a good sense of humor.
The negative aspects of our experience was the poorer job done when his men felt rushed.
Also, the painter was fast but exceedingly sloppy with imprecise painting of windows and edges and paint dribbles on the walls and not providing a second coat even though this was in his contract to do so.
Kurt did provide his men at no cost to us to remedy some of the painting and caulking deficiences and compensated us for remedial work performed by our own painter.
