Chavan and Varun are very professional and genuine to deal with. Explain about the rental contract, answers questions you may have and show the availabe facilities on-site. The facility is beyond the expectation, clean units and well lit hallways.

Rocio who helped me through the entire process was honestly the best part. She was helpful, kind, straightforward, efficient and she even accomodated me for checking in to my storage unit after their office hours. I was lucky I got a promotion and in the short time I had used the unit, I could say that it was clean, trolleys were plentiful, and had no issues with parking. Definitely recommend this location for anyone needing a storage unit in the area.

I had a good experience using Sentinel Storage to keep my items while living out of province. Very handy location for me living out of town (reasonably close to airport), reasonable fee, 24/7 access that was easy, felt safe and secure, and I was able to cancel when I no longer needed storage with no issue at all. Very good service, I’ll definitely use them again if I need another storage unit.

Had the best experience with Sentinel Storage, they were so kind and helped us out BIG time when we needed our lock cut! I Would highly recommend them. An extra thank you to CK who was so accommodating to our needs.

I booked a unit, upon arrival I was told it was flooded and they gave me a smaller and cheaper one. Also nobody warned units had no locks and you have to pay $20+ for it. The unit price also didn't include the mandatory insurance and who knows what their $25 admin fee was. And last but not least, they messed up with documents and they have a payment system from the stone age. A true pro client approach. I give 3 starts just for getting my stuff undamaged and for their responses when called or emailed.

Incredible service. I was in a rush to get my storage unit, and the owner was very attentive to my needs and able to help both me and another customer simultaneously so I could catch my flight. The check-out process was simple too, and the owner personally walked me to my unit to ensure everything was as it should be. I would absolutely recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone in Vancouver who needs short or long term storage options.

I highly recommend the Sentinel Storage facilities in Vancouver because I've used them to store my mother's apartment furniture when she died in 2017 and found their services very professional. I used them again on February 18, 2025, to store things from my garage and they assigned me a unit where everything just fitted. They were extremely accommodating, friendly and courteous.

This storage is the best! Louese was very patience and helpful in getting us started. We went into the 2 month, we shared our concern in downing size and Carlos, very great service, helping us to decide which storage meet our need. Great job guys. Keep it up guys!

I was planning to come to British Columbia from another province and needed an outdoor parking space and an indoor storage unit for three months. After chatting online with the company assistant, they gave me the final price (of course, this number changed in the email they sent), but they told me that there was a $25 administration fee that I had to pay, and I agreed until they announced: I have to read my card details to them over the phone and they will make the payment.... This was the first time a company has made such an unreasonable and wrong request from me. I told them to email me the invoice so I could pay it and create it on the website, and they still refused and said that I have to pay the $25 either over the phone or in person. I hope the company management changes this wrong procedure so that I can use their services.

Highly recommend Sentinel. We Had to find a storage space quickly and they made it very simple. Very professional, answered their phones or called back promptly. The young man who helped us get set up was very good at his job. The place was bright, very clean, and accessible and there is always music playing. They had all the moving materials there and unloading was easy, just drove up and used there large dolly. Thanks Sentinel!!

The experience with Sentinel just off Marine is by far the best storage experience I've had. I've had the pleasure to use them various times and every time they are top notch customer service and the facilities are always clean, secure and the loading dock always has open spaces when I need them. Looking forward to doing business again!

Sentinel storage is great! I was referred here by my sister who also has a locker here. Perfect location on Laurel. Easy access, safe and clean And I'd recommend! I'd go back if I ever needed a storage locker again. Mainly because the manager , Carlos is amazing! He goes out of his way to help you and makes you feel very welcomed. He helped me a lot during my time there and would go back because of him.

My only criticism is the washrooms aren't always open there .( Mon-Sun 9-5) So not helpful if you are working in your locker late at night . Wish they had a code for us to use after hours. But that's it! Otherwise, chef's kiss!👌

Their prices are higher than other places, but you get what you pay for: amazing customer service, incredibly clean minutes and buildings, and fantastic security. My place flooded and I needed a unit asap and Carlos hooked me up the day of.

I had never used a storage unit before and initially arrived to the unit early with a full truck and movers being paid by the hour. I panicked, realizing the office was not open yet to confirm my unit. Carlos took the time to not only open the office a little early, but to guide me through the process of leaving the unit after a month and made storing my belongings easy and reliable. Outstanding service, 10/10 would recommend for any storage needs

Carlos was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From start to finish he prepared the paperwork for my locker and showed me how to access the locker. When I was finished with the locker he closed it immediately upon request. This was my first time renting a locker and the experience was excellent.
