Todd Edmunds, owner of Complete Pool et al, is nothing but a low life scumbag who lives to scam people. Don’t let him anywhere near your pool and if you do, do complain. You were warned.
Do not buy from this company. I had bought a pool, pump and filter from Todd Edmunds and he was quick to charge my credit card but never delivered. After almost two weeks I have yet to hear from him where to pick up my product. I have filed a complaint with my credit card in which they will now be dealing with getting my money back. He NEVER answers his phone nor emails. He was very quick to email my contact information but never produced a receipt or my pool. Stay away!!!
Searched around to buy a new pool pump for our above ground pool. Complete Pool and Spa was selling a 1 HP Hayward pump for about $100 less than I could find it anywhere. Ordered it on a Monday night and it was shipped to my home by Wednesday morning for only $15. Would definitely use this company again should I have any more pool needs.
