Mediocre service, staff tried to be accommodating but they seemed catty, gossipy, and un-engaged. The ambience needs to be improved drastically. From the lounge, decor, and music, it seems incredibly outdated and strip mall like. Throughout the entirety of the body massage and facial, the chatter fr the staff was relentless. If you are coming to try to relax this can be disappointing. My 4 hour treatment was not terrible, but definitely will convince me not to come back.
I booked a last minute appointment at The Village Spa for a manicure and pedicure on Christmas Eve.
My pedicure and manicure look fantastic and will still be good for New Year's Eve.
The staff were friendly attentive and the spa was clean and comfortable.
