If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Their customer service is very poor and unprofessional. They do not respect themselves or their customers. This experience has been a total waste of my time, effort, and money.
I booked a storage unit by phone and paid. I tried to finish the paperwork by phone but it did not work because of their system problem. The employee told me to go to their main office at 100 Dewdney Avenue to sign the documents. He said the manager will be in the office till five p.m, When I arrived, the office was closed, and I waited more than one hour.
During that time, I called customer service to ask why the office was closed. They told me to stay on the line while they checked, but I waited more than seven minutes with no answer, so I had to hang up. After more than five minutes, they called back, but when I answered, no one spoke.
Later, the manager came and opened the office. she behaved badly on purpose and made everything harder because she was upset that I called customer service about the office being closed. She also said customer service is not allowed to call her personal phone number, and they can only call the office line. This shows there is no coordination between the phone customer service and the main office where I visited.
I told the manager that I booked by phone but could not finish the process and was sent to the office. Then I was shocked: my booking was made at a different location and a different unit type than what I clearly requested. I had to cancel the first booking immediately.
I made a second booking after canceling the first one. But when I got home and checked the invoice, I found that again, the second booking was for a different location, not the one I requested. I called immediately to cancel the second booking.
I canceled both bookings on the same day, four days before the move-in date. One of their employees told me clearly that I could cancel anytime before the move-in date.
They said the refund would be processed within three days, but now it is the sixth day, and I still have not received the money. Every time I call, they give unclear answers, delay, and avoid giving any exact information.
Another serious problem: when I called to check the cancellations, I found out that the first booking was still active in their system, even though they gave me a cancellation paper. The unit information on the cancellation paper was different from the information in the system. The employee said they changed my unit without asking me. They gave me an upper-level unit even though I had booked and paid for a ground-level unit.
All these errors, delays, and bad coordination show that this company is very unprofessional and misleading. The dishonesty and manipulation were clear from the start until the end. None of the employees responsible apologized or took responsibility.
All I wanted was to pay for a storage unit. What should have been a simple and quick process turned into a waste of my time, effort, and peace of mind.
One of the employee call me and argue with me instead of apologize and he said that I need to believe him and not to believe the documents that I have from them that show all the mistakes that they did and this is only a little from what I went through with this company

Got shown some units today ,the Manager Gurpreet was very knowledgeable and very good to deal with. We will definitely book here when we are ready for space.

Jennifer's customer service is second to none. She is always so friendly and knowledgeable about what units are available and how to assist me with my storage needs. I am completely impressed with her professionalism.

Great company to deal with! Had no issues! Very accommodating and helpful and makes renting a storage unit very easy and convenient! Would definitely choose them again!
Jenn, the Assistant Manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I feel comfortable leaving our belongings in there.
So I moved out of town but am coming back to retrieve some items out of residential storage to put into a private storage unit. I spoke with an agent named Jordan and he was incredibly pushy and trying to get me to commit to signing up to lease a unit. The price he quoted me was reasonable but his pushy sales tactics and insisting I had to buy a lock from Access themselves / avoiding whether the price for my unit would ever be increased left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I guess I’ll keep looking elsewhere.
Even though I ended up not needing the unit in the end, my overall experience in store and over the phone with the store was very pleasant. Staff were great, very welcoming, not overly pushy with sales tactics, and definitely did their best with trying to accommodate for both monthly finance limit, and for size of item being stored.

Jenn was extremely informative and kind when explaining the ins and outs of storage options, contract details, storage accessibility, do's and don'ts, etc. She did not rush us through the process... she was very thorough and patient with all our questions. If you want to stop by just make sure to quickly call first and make appointment. Pleasant experience all around!

First time I’m using this services and I gotta say I was very pleased with the treatment, the lady that served me was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, I told her what I need it and she provided me with some great options, also gave me a great price for what I need it, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone for any storage needs you may have. Renting a storage unit for the first time and the ladies at the front desk made it quick and simple. They even went out and swept the unit before we started moving stuff in while we were right there.

The process with access storage was direct and seamless. The design of the storage was well thought through and it is also safe / secure with tools to aid movement of boxes if needed. Jenn is absolutely phenomenal and even further recommends solutions to ease the process. Gurpreet is a pleasant representative. Highly recommend.
