Jenn, the Assistant Manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. I feel comfortable leaving our belongings in there.

So I moved out of town but am coming back to retrieve some items out of residential storage to put into a private storage unit. I spoke with an agent named Jordan and he was incredibly pushy and trying to get me to commit to signing up to lease a unit. The price he quoted me was reasonable but his pushy sales tactics and insisting I had to buy a lock from Access themselves / avoiding whether the price for my unit would ever be increased left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I guess I’ll keep looking elsewhere.

Even though I ended up not needing the unit in the end, my overall experience in store and over the phone with the store was very pleasant. Staff were great, very welcoming, not overly pushy with sales tactics, and definitely did their best with trying to accommodate for both monthly finance limit, and for size of item being stored.

Would have been 5 stars but the initial phone call with what ended up being a call centre and
Not a store, was less desirable. I felt unheard, options weren't as well listed, and pushy salesman's tactics being the biggest culprit. I may have ended up with the correct sized unit and possibly had chosen to stay instead had he taken the time to listen to my needs .

In store is the way to go for best customer service approach.

Jenn was extremely informative and kind when explaining the ins and outs of storage options, contract details, storage accessibility, do's and don'ts, etc. She did not rush us through the process... she was very thorough and patient with all our questions. If you want to stop by just make sure to quickly call first and make appointment. Pleasant experience all around!

First time I’m using this services and I gotta say I was very pleased with the treatment, the lady that served me was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, I told her what I need it and she provided me with some great options, also gave me a great price for what I need it, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone for any storage needs you may have. Renting a storage unit for the first time and the ladies at the front desk made it quick and simple. They even went out and swept the unit before we started moving stuff in while we were right there.

I recently used Access Storage located at 100 Dewdney Ave, Regina, SK S4N 0E5, and overall, I had a good experience. The facility was well-maintained and clean, and accessing my storage unit was straightforward. The staff were cooperative and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met during my initial period of use.

However, I found the cost to be quite high after the initial free period. Despite the positive aspects, the pricing did not fully accommodate my needs, and I may consider other storage options in the future due to this factor. If pricing is a primary concern for you, it might be worth exploring alternatives.

Nonetheless, if you prioritize a clean, secure, and accessible storage facility with cooperative staff, Access Storage is a solid choice.

The process with access storage was direct and seamless. The design of the storage was well thought through and it is also safe / secure with tools to aid movement of boxes if needed. Jenn is absolutely phenomenal and even further recommends solutions to ease the process. Gurpreet is a pleasant representative. Highly recommend.

Jenn, the day manager(?), is a very talented individual. She provided very detailed and clear information in a rapid amount of time. I had access to the locker and clear instructions on how to enter the building during the day or evening. I was on my way, after dropping off my object, within 30 to 45 minutes. I will definitely return to this facility for any storage needs in the future. Great Work!!

Thank for letting me use the storage unit until I got everything sorted. The units were bigger in person, the staff helped me out to find the right one. Overall of everything was great!

I called in the morning and happily had my car in storage that afternoon. The personnel in the front office are super excellent…so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.

I wouldn’t leave any of my stuff there ever again their heavily infested with mice 😭😭 it’s so gross and they don’t have a problem with still trying to make u pay even after you told them I’m not stepping foot in a unit my grandma got very sick after trying to help me move things I lost all my belongings. I lost my couch too and all my childhood memories!!! Please if u want your things for a long time don’t ever leave them here

Had to store a friends household items on short notice. Access Storage made a very stressful situation very easy to manage. The staff went above an beyond and had treated us with nothing less than the utmost respect. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

No security no cameras. Have issues with break ins. I had my unit completely robbed. Cleaned out empty and my missing lock wasn’t proof enough to get covered for insurance so my entire life is gone and they didn’t care or try to help the situation ignored me for a long time then denied my claim. Out 40k plus cash and emotional trauma
