I really liked the service and I thought the price was fair for the location. Without a doubt, these were the most important factors in choosing this self-service. In addition, the access hours are great and flexible, including Sundays.

Rented a storage unit and the service was very professional. The representative listened to what we needed to store and provided the different options that would fit our needs showing us the physical size units. The contract was quick and painless and we were all set very quickly. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Checking in and signing up was very easy. All details of leasing were explained, and straight forward. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I have used this site in the past and that is why I have come back to used it again

The Migson Team of Peter and Hailey is outstanding. They are both knowledgeable, professional and most accommodating. I will definitely use the company again. It is clean, accessible and very reasonably priced.

We recently moved from another storage company over here. There are a few differences between them but the huge ones are customer service and policies!! We highly recommend and I’m so happy we finally made the change!

The front desk staff was very helpful for a remote move in. Customer service which really counts. Kudos to both the gentleman and the lady. I must say though there is an insurance charge which was sprung on me when I came to pay and everything was said and done but so is business.

This review is incentivized but regard less of that, customer is top notch at the London Location.

Both agents were very friendly and helpful on the phone. When I arrived, Peter was there and guided me to the unit, taking care to keep the movers aware of overhead lines. I found him to be thoughtful and kind, the sort of person with whom one hopes to work.

Clean facility that looks pretty new. No signs of pests around my unit. The gentleman in the office, Peter, was so helpful in getting me settled into my unit and making sure I had everything I needed, even though I showed up 10 mins before the office closed on a Saturday. I recommend this storage facility.

Rick and Alexis had provided phenomenal service, we are just entreprenuers and the have given us exceptional service for our first storage unit!

Excellent! We needed to book a move on a Sunday, the local office location was closed. But we called the number and spoke to Michael. He arranged everything so we could move our stuff in the same day. Great service!

Rick (at the London location) is voted my favourite person of the day today. After coming to my locker and finding the lock had frozen I went to the main office. I was greeted by this lovely man and his smile! I explained what happened and he quickly came to help with some de-icer. When that didn’t work, he offered a blow torch and bolt cutters as a last result. Thankfully we got the lock open with the blow torch and of course we find the door was frozen (face palm)- No hesitation, Rick helped me open the door. So thankful for his help today. Please give this man a raise! The world needs more people like him.
