I had an excellent experience with Bhavika, the Assistant Manager at Access Storage.
She provided top-notch service, with great communication throughout the process.
Bhavika offered a good price and made sure everything went smoothly with our truck parking.
Highly recommend her for her professionalism and helpful attitude!

I waited several months before writing this review.
I believe the manager I signed my contract with is no longer there. Which is unfortunate as she may have handled this situation a lot better.

I got a storage unit May 26, 2023. I went to this location based on a referral of a friend.

I had my unit, operated, maintained and paid with no problems. Until I returned to Canada in February, only to discover that my items have been moved by my emergency contact without my permission and knowledge. My items were moved on December 27th, 2024.

Despite my items being moved, I was paying my bills. I paid both January and February 2025. Only to discover that my items were removed in December.

Mind you, the emergency contact didn't have my unit number or entrance code. This was all provided by Access Storage. At the time I had an outstanding bill that was 16 days late. Not on grounds to call my emergency contact. Late bills are subject to late fees, which has been paid in the past.

2 years of paying for a storage unit, along with insurance, only to be told that nothing can be done. Not even the lock that I purchased was left behind.

All my emails were rendered useless and nothing was done about it. All my valuables have been taken. Emergency contact and I are estrange.

Please make sure everything is maintained with these people. And give clear instructions for authorization purposes as they do not care. The manager was absolutely rude and unhelpful.

A business relationship that started off well, turned out to be a nightmare. I spent thousands of dollars, along with insurance, and was left with nothing.

Excellent professional courteous service. Very clean and secure storage lockers at great price! Tariq Shakir was a pleasure to work with. Found me a perfect spot and completed the registration process smoothly.

Went here to get a storage unit. Sandeep welcomed and assisted me promptly. He inquired about my needs, showed me the unit size that I was planning to get, and when I confirmed, started the rental process. Didn't take much time. In and out within 30 minutes. Very good service. Highly recommend.

Customer service A1!! The whole experience I had from start (calling the toll free number to speak to a customer rep) to current (getting a tour of the place and showing me where my locker is) was great. The manager was patience and informative. He took time explaining the contract to me and advised me of current promotions that maybe beneficial to me and even how I can save money. Thanks so much for everything !

Great Storage Facility with Easy Access!
I’ve been using this storage location for a few months now, and I’m really impressed. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Accessing my unit is always easy thanks to the convenient hours and smooth gate entry system. Staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. They’re pretty good, 28 day billing cycle which kinda makes it super inconvenient for anyone on assistance but I mean I guess they’re pretty understanding but you pay late fees out the butt though😬😒 other then that I’m pretty sure they’d be five stars otherwise

Today I was expecting anything but meeting such an incredible person like Dina. Besides helping me checking in my unit today, we had a great conversation with many personal advices to me as a newcomer / international student.

My experience with Access Storage Etobicoke was very positive.
The facility was well maintained and clean. The employees were helpful and clearly explained everything. When I called the phone number there was always a person to talk to. I highly recommend!!!

So far my experience with Access Storage, having just booked it, has been great! I saw yesterday they were offering Black Friday deals (some too good to be true I thought at first) and today morning they called me back to confirm the booking.

After an hour of blessing patience from the agent with me asking all sorts of details and finding a tailor-made option, I can confirm the deals are very much real!

Kudos to Salam for his help. 10/10 service. The guy deserves a raise!!

This location specifically is the best I have ever encountered. Access storage has the best prices on everything even the packing supplies were cheaper than most stores even Canadian tire and Home Depot, the staff there puts their customers first. The manager Dina was so helpful kind and professional, she always greets you with a smile and finds a way to accommodate you while still operating under the company’s standards. Will definitely be renting with them again if the need ever arises.

I have just changed our review from 5 star to one! We rented a storage to park our car and head to our honeymoon. Dina was absolutely amazing to deal with. However Upon arriving to the site on a Sunday afternoon to drop off the car the code didn’t work, we almost missed our flight.. we had to find last minute parking for a month… apparently they’ve rented the same spot to someone else! Well their mistake cost us A LOT! Never dealing with them again…

Great customer service we received at this location. We have been a repeat client with Access Storage for the last 5 years. The services are always top class. We will be using access storage in the future as well. It's much cheaper and much better.
