Stopped in at the Public Storage location at the foot of the Ironworkers Bridge on the North Vancouver side. The process was quick and seamless, with no issues. The manager, Stephen, was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the buildings are well maintained. Prices for moving materials are very reasonable priced

Office staff are professional, polite and went out of their way to help with a smooth induction. Facility is clean as are the storage units. Entry to the site the buildings and the floors is easy.

Main St public storage is clean, secure, and very well-managed. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and easy.They help me to found out the right size storage I need. I felt confident leaving my belongings here and highly recommend this storage center.

The space was generous, clean, and secure, with convenient entry-code access. Over the two years we stored there, we never had a single issue—no flooding, no rodents, and no break-ins. My first time setting up a storage unit; it was a more thorough experience than I expected, but it was also reassuring that care was taken to show us the u its, explain the paperwork, the payment schedule, and the insurance. The couple that run the office are very friendly and helpful.
The facility is clean and well maintained.
Proces seem very reasonable, and several promotions going on.

Storage facility was great. Unit was clean and well maintained. Drive in access was secure, easy and convenient. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this facility again.

I needed to store my stuff in between selling my old place and getting keys to my new place. Their prompt and attentive service lessened the moving stress. Their facility is well laid out, making it easy to maneuver a U-Haul (despite my inexperience driving trucks) and move stuff between the truck & storage unit.

I highly recommend, and would undoubtedly use them again.

Manager and assistant manager were so kind and helpful in getting me set up with a unit on the same day. Easy to navigate, good gate hours, clean unit, dollys and elevator provided. Very happy with it so far!

Clean, tidy, well organized and laid out. Good long gate hours. The staff at the office have all been amazing, so polite and professional and kind and helpful. The staff were incredibly empathic when I told them I was storing furniture from my mother’s care home after she passed away last April. They were so understanding. Patricia in the office was especially lovely.

I could not have asked for more and highly recommend this storage place.

Came in and immediately felt right at home. They were so helpful, so kind and so easy to talk to. They made everything so easy and took a lot of the stress away.

I would recommend this storage company to anybody because you have from 5 AM to 10 PM to be able to have access to your storage locker.

Will actually "move in" tomorrow but wanted to say that the set-p process couldn't have gone smoother and what friendly and helpful staff they have. I highly recommend this company.
We've now moved out and the whole process has been great thanks to Patricia and her team. Public Storage has great rates, great spaces and wonderful service.

The team at the storage facility have been fantastic in the three years that I’ve been renting space here. Service was excellent, and the facility is always in great shape. Steve also provided great checkout when I moved out of the facility.

The entire process was straightforward from reserving a unit on line through to agreeing final details on site with Steven and Kay, who were very helpful. Everything was explained clearly, the units look very well maintained, and the facility is secure, bright and has accessible hours

I have used Public Storage North Vancouver for around 8 years until April of 2024, that was not short period. For these days, I always have felt reassured about my property at the storage because of the management team's top top service.

Also, all the shutters and doors were exchanged to brand new ones last year, that were safer & cleaner. Then, I was deeply impressed about their safety management.

One more thing, I deeply appreciate to Miss Patricia, a member of management team. She always has been very kind and explained nicely about my questions.
