I went to the Public storage 196st SURREY location yesterday and had a great experience with them. Specially thanks to wood and Angelika they both are veru kind and they have explained each and everything in details and help us very well. They are soo kind to us also their services are great. At the end highly recommend that place for any short tome Or long time storage renting.

I had such a fantastic experience at the Public Storage on 192nd Street in Surrey! Woody and Angelika were absolutely amazing to deal with. They were professional and knowledgeable, but also so much fun — we were laughing the entire time. What could have been a stressful process turned into something easy and enjoyable thanks to them.

It’s not often you meet people who are both excellent at their jobs and genuinely great to be around, but Woody and Angelika nailed it. I left feeling well taken care of and with a big smile on my face. If you need storage, this is the place to go — and definitely ask for Woody and Angelika!

We had a wonderful experience at Public Storage with Angelika and Harkirat yesterday when setting up our mini storage. The process was effortless and they were both so friendly, helpful and professional. We would definitely give them a 5 star review!!

Very good customer service and friendly staff, especially Angelica . Helped us out with our storage needs and accommodated our requests as needed.

I recommend the Public Storage on 192 St and 56 Ave in Surrey as the facility is well-maintained, clean, and odour free (unlike other storage places that smell like mildew and mothballs), and the staff are friendly.

Needed a unit quickly that was large enough and close enough. Was checking out the other guys when I saw the Public Storage listing. Setup was simple with most done online. A great promotion sealed the deal. Responsive when I had questions or concerns. Recommended to a family member and will use again myself when needed.

Angelika was super helpful setting things up! Especially coz it’s my first time. Very informative.

And Vincent managed my in’s and out’s from the facility with great understanding and direction. Woody, Sid, Mark and the rest of their Team made the services quite homely. Kudos!

This place is awful we had left our locker unlocked overnight and because the manager doesn't like us he went into our locker and tried saying he found paraphernalia ...He probably planted it there to get us kicked out. He called me freaking out would not stop to listen to me and he hung up. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!

After a detailed and yet brief description, I decided to take a slightly bigger unit than I originally was intending.

I am very pleased with the treatment I've received from Jasmine and the Public Storage.

The hours that you're allowed in to get into your unit or fantastic from 5:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. works very well with my mixed schedule and the price is reasonable

Vincent is absolutely amazing. Professional, efficient and kind, he walked me through the storage rental process seamlessly. I didn't expect getting a storage unit to be a pleasant process but Vincent really made the experience lovely. Happy to be renting from such a well run company.🙂

Friendly and informative of my needs . The pricing isn't cheap but isn't expensive either . Clean unit but no heat that I can tell but no moisture either . Will continue to use this company for my needs .

Rented 5x10 unit on 2nd floor. Registration etc went smooth however the issue I believe is this.
Getting to 2nd floor with full load of items on dolly is fine until you have stuff that’s wider than dolly. All walkways, path leading to my unit are so narrow it almost baffles why they planned in such a way for a storage unit.
I had to be very cautious maneuvering and even getting in the storage unit was difficult with bigger items.
I guess these issues are eliminated renting a ground unit with outside access where you park your car and offload right into unit. Not everybody has all items in boxes. I wonder how someone would get their mattress to 2nd floor unit without damaging it.
