I am so impressed with the high level of service, friendliness, and professionalism here.
Both Faith and Paris have been beyond helpful in delivering exactly what was needed, for the exact price range I was in.
I would recommend Public Storage at 94 Braid Street to anyone; truly a great experience every time I go there.
Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

I cannot say enough about Faith (Property Manager); she's beyond helpful (that would be an understatement), considerate, empathetic, sensitive to one's situation, genuinely kind hearted person, an absolute pleasure to chat with, very knowledgeable about the business & products, and the list could go on for a while. Thank you Faith for everything you do; everything you have done for me and continue to do. What a dear...she will treat you how you would want to be treated.

The facilities are very clean; clearly, her & the staff pride themselves on such matters and you can feel rest assured that your contents are in great hands to say the least. They are hands-on at this location. If on the fence, trust me when I tell you that the people I have met at the 94 Braid Street, New Westminster location are exactly what you would hope a public storage would/should embody. I have had the choice to use this facility for both business and personal storage on 3 occasions. I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful at all times. Their availability and professionalism ensured that when storage is required, I recommend them immediately as they handle each person as a valued client. Faith, the manager, has never hesitated to answer any questions and was helpful in addressing my concern when I wished to extend the personal rental unit I have. The staff are attentive to detail, even to wiping off the dollies if needed. A friendly, warm workplace that is at the same time professional and expedient in their customer care. I know with this facility (P0029) I will have no worries about my business or personal stored belongings. The facilities are clean and well kept and the staff will work diligently to accommodate your needs.
