We went in before Moving Day and were talked through and shown the spaces we might require. Faith was very thorough on all the aspects of storage. I decided to wait to before coming in, just in case things might change. So I ordered my space and left everything until entry day. This made it easy when we came in, the truck driver knew the storage area and could tell we had picked the right size storage unit. Mind you if I had brought more furniture which I had thought about. we would have had to go bigger. So for me it worked just right. The staff that were there on Moving day were also very helpful. There are quite a bit of papers to sign and go over, by the time I had all this done, my movers had it just about all filled the unit. So good team work. Thank you for making this kind of stress day a lot easier for me. I know my possessions are in a good place, ready to be taking on the next part oy the journey with me. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Public Storage during my initial storage setup as Heamnath was incredibly helpful! He walked me through everything clearly, provided a tour, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth and stress-free. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out. A great place to rent storage. Hassle free, friendly staff. Faith the manager was helpful to set us up. We've now cancelled our rental as its no longer needed but if ever we need to rent again, we will be back.

Recently went to rent a unit, arrived 20 minutes before closing and Faith was amazing. Didn't rush me through the process or my questions. And each time I apologized for keeping her past closing, she kindly told me not to worry about it, that she was there to make sure I had everything I needed. Outstanding service, lots of unit options available and great location.

I used this Public Storage location for about half a year? I switched units halfway through that, I got a deal on the way in and a decent price on the way out. I recommend this place because of the staff. Faith is the lady that I spoke to the most and who originally setup my account. She also was the one I went to to transfer to a new unit. Every time I saw Faith she was helpful, honest, and able to meet my needs because she knew all of the units, prices, and availability off hand. She's awesome, and she makes using that Public Storage very simple and straight-forward. Everything was always described to me up front, there was no hidden fees, there were no questions I had after I received my documents and began using the services. If/when I have to store things again in the future, I would absolutely use this Public Storage again.

Booking process online was quick & easy. Access hours start at 5:00 am till 10:00pm. April, the employee, who helped further explain over the phone and in- person for check-in was super efficient, friendly and professional. The unit I booked did not have a light inside but it was clean though. Fun golf cart ride to preview the grounds & storage locker was an added bonus! Highly recommend Public Storage.

Needed to get a small temporary storage locker and Faith and April made it so easy! I reserved online and came in to such a quick and thorough set up. Our storage locker is super clean and a great size. Appreciate the attentive and kind customer service!

Faith the representative at this location was amazing, she was very competent in managing this location as well as being versed on all the rules and regulations she was very upfront with everything there was no hidden charges or surprises. Faith, Facility Manager, calmly guided me to the facility when I was panicked and lost in traffic. Upon arrival, Faith, calmly yet diligently took care of me speedily so I could return another rental key on time. Without a doubt, as a person with physical limitation, and other challenges, Faith went beyond "Above"! She did everything to help me to keep my stuff, and 'keep the faith', when the challenges I faced got really tough. The team at the Braid location in New Westminster are so helpful and friendly and professional. Every interaction has been pleasant over the years when I have needed a locker for a couple months. The ladies at the front desk always offer a good number of options to resolve space issues and at competitive rates. Highly recommend! Awesome service!

We have dealt with a lot of storage needs for our small business over the years and public storage is a great pick.

The difference with this public storage over others is their staff. It starts with Faith the Manager. From the day I signed up she stayed late to help me and ensure I knew everything I needed to know. After a few months we moved to a drive up storage unit and again Faith and the staff were there to help us with everything. They all went the extra mile to make sure the new storage unit was the right one to fit our needs. Faith even stopped by to see how the move was going and check in.

Without Faith and team this would just be another storage place but with Faiths passion for her career, passion for her staff and the care she takes with each customer is what makes this location stand out over the rest.

We certainly recommend this particular Public Storage located in Braid Street, New Westminster. My wife & I rented two storages for four months in preparation for our move to a new home in New West. The spaces we rented were well lit, clean & well maintained. The two staff were especially friendly & professional (Faith & April) in helping us get good practical advice as to what the ideal sizes for a lot of things we own. Overall, we are very satisfied & pleased with this whole storage rental experience with them.

I have been with the New Westminster, BC branch of Public Storage for a little over 3 years now and have experienced exceptional service from all the employees with whom I have dealt. Preferring to make my monthly payments in person, I feel a sense of genuine friendship when visiting and as such have no qualms in leaving my possessions in their capable hands. This is particularly the case with Faith who has always gone out of her way to help me in any way she can, to the point of advising me on saving money as my use of the facilities has extended far longer than expected. My sincere thanks to you all!

This company is a top notch storage facility that I have used in both in Edmonton and Vancouver. Derek (their general manager in Coquitlam, BC ) is the best storage facility manager I have encountered. I highly recommend using Sentinel Storage

5 star service and facility however the constant increase in price drove us away. 2020 we were about $155/mo and when we left the summer of 2024 we were about $200/mo. All storage brands practice these measure and tactics. And it’s horrible as there are so many empty units they could keep full with better price protection

Update July 2024- Changing life situations means shifting our storage solutions, and as always, Faith has been absolutely incredible in helping us figure out the best solution for us! Thanks again for everything!
