Nice location very clean and easy to access cause it's all ground level. Staff was very kind and helpful and the booking process online was fairly easy. Recommended!

We concluded our storage locker agreement yesterday after many years of hassle free safe keeping.
Tissa was on site to personally thank me for using their facility and immediately ensured that the the agreements were all terminated and that direct withdrawal from my credit card was stopped.
This facility is clean and secure.
Managed by Tissa, his wife and other staff they run it as if they were all part owners.
Many thanks. We most definitely would rent storage from Public Storage again and specifically the Port Coquitlam location.

Excellent facility with very friendly staff.
Using the storage as my inventory storage was fantastic because it was at a very convenient location, and it wasn’t extremely busy. Allowing me to go in and out frequently without being slowed down with other tenants being in the way.

My family sold a house and had to stay in a temporary housing until the new one is completed. We needed a place to store everything for 2 months and came across this place. When I made the first point of contact, I talked to Tissa who was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me all the information needed. Because of the great first impression I had from Tissa, I decided to choose this place over others. When I physically went to the place to take a look, Tissa gave my family a great tour of the place and explained everything once again to clarify all the information. Once we were signing the paper to get things finalized, Suneetha was very helpful just like Tissa and it was a wonderful experience. Last time when I used another self-storage, the staff there were rude and my family weren't happy, but this time, Tissa and Suneetha literally made our day. Awesome staff, great service, great location. Again, thank you, Tissa and Suneetha for the great service :)

The owner and staff at this Public Storage location are great to work with. They were able to accommodate all my requests and they are very easy to get a hold of if you need to contact them.

The staff here is very accommodating and helpful. Whenever you need some changes, they were able to accommodate us immediately. The price is very reasonable. Location is fabulous.

Nice people. I arrived before closing to inspect a storage unit I was interested in. The staff member was kind enough to let me know they had a 50%-off special on 3 months prepaid for a larger unit than the one I had originally inquired about, and that turned out to be the better deal for me. We got everything signed and wrapped up in a few minutes, and monthly minimum insurance coverage was very reasonable at under $10. Would recommend these folks as even their full price rate was better than their competitors. And unlike their competitors, they've picked up the phone every time I've called too.

I have rented a storage locker here for the past year and have had zero problems at all. The staff here are incredible, they are very friendly and accommodating. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible. The hours you’re able to access your stuff is also very convenient! 5am-10pm. Overall, I had a great experience here!

I would give 6 Stars if possible. The team at Public Storage Poco is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is immaculate. All the units are clean and on ground level. I have had 0 issues during my time and would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I inquired and booked storage online. Tissa called me back promptly and invited me onsite to have a look at the storage I booked. Everything was explained clearly in person and processed quickly. Tissa is very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for short term or long term storage. Rates are fair and reasonable, and there are usually special promotions.

Tissa and his staff are accommodating, friendly and approachable anytime during office hours. Our storage is tidy and clean and its surroundings. Highly recommended.

color logo all over Vancouver and their $1 was catching to the eye :) always wanted to try however didn’t need to, now I’m having some repair in my condo and I immediately thought about them, visited their website which’s very clear and easy to use. I did a unit reservation and I had a call next say itself from their property manager Suneetha Weerasekara, she’s wonderful over the phone and in person. She did the tour showed me the unit I needed and helped with all the paperwork required, easy process u can rent a unit in 20-25 min have ur paperwork signed, pay, access granted and move your items immediately. Smooth easy in few min. No pressure no headache, Suneetha and Ronald cheerful, helpful staff, lucky to have your assistance. Their units are spacious, neat, easy access on ground floor! I do highly recommend to rent a unit there for all ur needs. Moving, storing winter/summer items, whether temporary or permanent, it’s worth it. Until then take care and thank you 😊

We rented a storage locker recently in Port Coquitlam, BC.The staff was very professional and courteous and found us a locker that was suitable. The facility was clean and seemed well run and organized. The communications were also excellent as we were made aware of all the deadlines, payment dates and contingencies especially as we prepared to conclude our tenancy. I would recommend Public Storage readily to anyone needing a clean secure storage locker or space.

Great experience at the PoCo Public Storage. All the people I've dealt with there have been very friendly and accommodating. Quite the difference from other storage places I've used in the past! Here it's obvious that the owner, Tissa, cares about his customers. I was pleasantly surprised when he even greeted me by name after the first time I was in the office. I definitely recommend it.

I had 3 separate units up to a year at PS. They were super clean and the owner/operators are the sweetest couple ever. Great access hours too.

I had a wonderful experience with this location. Over the past six years, I stored my seasonal camping gear along with my truck's winter tires & rims at their secure, climate controlled facility. I would still be there had I not moved to another city. The property is very clean, up to date and well maintained. I only stopped in a few times a year to drop off or pick up as needed, and the level of customer care was nothing short of spectacular! Always greeted (by name, no less!) with the most heartwarming smile and exceptional customer service. Best wishes to you and thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

We had specific needs, as we moved from Alberta to BC. The people at Public Storage, Port Coquitlam took the time to explain matters to us and met our needs. They were all accommodating and professional. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

We recently rented a unit from Public Storage and were blown away with their customer service. Tissa was so friendly and took the time to learn our names and talk with our young son, who was very excited to help Tissa set up our account. Units are decently priced compared to competitors in the area, they use metal doors that swing open rather than pull up and their access hours surpass any other companies we looked into (5am-10pm). We’d recommend!
