Hearing Care Counselling Program (HCCP) assists seniors who are hard of hearing(over 55 years of age) who are having difficulty adjusting to a hearing loss. Services provided include home visits, education and communication devices. The Hearing Care Counsellors are available by appointment only.

The Communication Devices and Accessibility Centre is located at the Brantford office. The centre displays alarm systems, amplified telephones, vibrating watches, alarm clocks and assistive listening devices for TV for sale to the public and businesses.
