like many i only seem to complain about the bad experiences i have not the good ones, perhaps due to the infrequency of how often i feel happy with how i am served, however this time is different. i am very impressed by the overnight manager named Virginia at the Carling and Richmond store. she is a breath of fresh air, a true star in every sense. i am shocked by how polite friendly courteous and inviting she is every time i have encountered her! the world should be more like her, we would be much better for it. thank you so much Virginia for putting a smile on my face and i really hope they know how great of an employee you are at your store !

Not clean at all, alright service, okay food.

After a long night of work, I was looking forward to enjoying a simple meal at your restaurant; however, after making my request at the drive thru, and waiting at the first window and slowly advancing to the second, noticed that the first window had opened. After joking that I hadn't seen anyone, the short haired young woman seemed disinterested in contact, and after payiong her, met her again at the second window, with my attempt at confirming my order. Handing my food to me, she dismissed my thanks, returning to the conversation with a fellow associate and two gentlemen in front of the counter. Getting home, I found to my dismay that my order was indeed incorrect, prompting me to write this essay. I would have been more likely to forgive the order had the teller been more interested in her job than socialising.

I have gone to this McDonald and can't tell you that I have been impressed with the service. The staff is really rude and really slow in getting your order. Not only the staff is very slow but also the place is extremely durty. I do not recommend this McDonald to anyone. If you have the choise, go somewhere else. This location is the worst McDonald ever.
