The worst service, cold orders, late orders, incorrect orders messy lobby, hoodlums

I was in the resturant on Feb 4th,2010 at lunchtime. The person that served me was excellent she took my order quickly and asked me if I wanted a meal instead of my normal double cheeseburger, small fries and fruitopia. She told me that the meal deal was a better deal and it was. I also noticed her cleaning up the discusting mess in lobby and offered to take my tray when I was finished. This kind of service does not happen anymore at resturants I would like to thank Katherine for her hospitality I really appriciate it! I wanted to take the time to let you know how happy I am.

I have gone to this MacDonalds restaurant for a few years because it is close to my home. The most obvious thing about this particular restaurant is how poor the service is. It seems that there is almost always trainees serving the customers; the result being very slow service. Today, I was there and paid for my food and waited while the employee served three other people before I actually got my food. This was not your usual wait where they will get you going and then as your food is ready you get it, this was a situation where the employee seemed to have forgotten me and I waited a long time until I complained. I then asked for the manager who smiled at me the entire time that I spoke to her. She asked me what I wanted so I told her that I wanted the employee spoken to. She said she would with a look on her face that continued to smile and give me the impression that ahe had no intention to do so. My name was not taken, she did not ask who the employee was and there was not apology given.I continue to wonder how this restaurant survives!
