Colliers International

Colliers International has managed our condo group for over 5 years. They have proven themselves to be extremely incompetent and very difficult to work with.

They have breached the privacy of our home owners and have caused serious delays in getting even minor building repairs and maintenance attended to. They staff has been increasingly difficult to deal with and have had numerous issue with our owners, yet the management refuses to assign new staff or fire staff when restraining orders hare in place with the local police.

There is absolutely no way we would ever be willing to use this company for any work again. The management has obviously a very closed minded system and is not willing to work with those who have contracts with them to resolve any issues.
