Pet Food Warehouse

I have to say I have never met a manger at a pet store so unprofessional ever. They are ver discriminative at this store. I went to adopt a cat and when filling out paperwork the manager said she cannot sell me the kitten . When asked why she made up story that because I have owned a pet before that went to a friend that she refuses to sell to me. My son was standing there so disappointed. So my children's auntie to the strore to ask if she could adopt the kitten. Once again another lie from the manager saying the woman that adopts is not there to tomorrow. She was told this cause their aunt said she was from Toronto down for the day. So many decided to call and say I was from hammer and wanted to adopt a kitten for my12 year old daughter. Right away the manager Said absolutely to come in today and she could take her home right away . So she lied be again. It scares me to see what they are telling people there when it comes to advice for their pets. I will be contacting the owner and hopefully the owner is more professional and not prejudice on someone's looksorwhere they live. Being told a townhouse is not suitable for a kitten is just not right.
