Customer service does not exist at the storage zone. I have called and left message after message with the regional manager and he will not return my calls. I have sent emails with no reply.
I have since read so many bad reviews maybe it’s time to get marketplace involved.
Word of mouth goes along way. I do not recommend this company at all.
Spoke with the regional manager today ,Dan, about the discrepancy in how much I was paying for a unit and the going rate today. Wait till you hear his response: he can charge whatever he feels on any given day. It’s like booking a seat on the airlines. Some people get a better deal than others! Oh and he doesn’t care how many customers he loses. Very arrogant.

I stored my stuff here for the better part of a year. Overall a good experience. Only reason Im not rating them higher is their lack of ability to pay your account online at that location they did not "have it set up yet" the entire time. But their e-mails mentioned it being an option constantly. So just felt like there was some general miscommunication and lack of organization and being where it is somewhat out of the way is inconvenient to have to go in to physically pay your bill every month.

I rented a unit and the lady was quite nice in the office. The computer was slow but we got through it. She said she had to remove her lock however that would take 1/2 hour. I couldn't wait but I was never told there was a time limit for us to put our own lock on. We went to move our stuff into the unit Friday night and found a lock on it. It was after hours and no one was willing to help us. Why would we did not receive a courtesy call to say that we had to come and put our own lock on i will never know.
We tried to call Saturday as they are open 10-4 but we were told that we could not access the unit until Monday. Monday is too late when you have the weekend to move. I would not recommend this storage place.

I have sent an email today to cancel my contract immediately.

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! This place is very poorly run. I was told to call when I knew I was going to be leaving so I wasn't charged the whole month- I called to let them know. I was given a sooner move in date and called to let them know I wouldn't be going over a month. They said they had already processed the payment (even though it was well before the actual payment date) and would not refund me money. "Management" called me from blocked number. Lots of better places to store your stuff in Wasaga!

I stored my personal items in the storage zone for 6 months.
Mice chewed through personal items
The unit leaked water and ruined my couch which the deducible was too high to claim.
The also base the year on 13 months not 12 and that is how they are able to give a free month which isn't really free.
I moved a week earlier and they claimed the computer went to the next week of billing cycle.
Storee's beware!
