The new store manager came and introduced himself to us, the sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. We got a great deal on appliances and furniture. I would reccomend this store.
Ordered a Thomasville Dining Room from this location that cost us close to $10,000. First delivery was incorrect. Second delivery was damaged. Third delivery had a manufacturers defect. Weeks went by. I went to the store to inspect the fourth delivery myself in the warehouse where it was still damaged and I believe they tried to give me the very first unit that I had already rejected. The store manager, the customer service and the product itself was of extremely poor quality. I have purchased from Sears for many years but the service at this location is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by anyone. After everything I have been through, the weeks and weeks of waiting, all the Saturdays I waited around for Sears delivery to show up and to still be left with a damaged dining room set just boggles the mind. After all this they would not provide installation services to put the hutch together and they gave me a mere $350 credit for finally accepting a piece of defective furniture. DO NOT BUY from this location. Terrible!
