I had 2 of their bikes steel and top of the line carbon both bikes are broken before the year and with out even dropping them. Horrible customer service they have no warranty back up what so ever. go with a no brand you will save some money is the same as Jamis bike.

I wasted my time driving over to this place because I kept getting an answering machine. When I arrive at the location there is only a buzzer, no store front-just a van with their logo out front. The buzzer kept taking me to the same nightmare answering machine.
I was so peeved. No one has bothered to call me back either after leaving several messages that I want to purchase a bike.

These guys are spot on for Sales and service. They have the best prices in North America and also the biggest selection of bicycles as well. There mechanics are a big variety of road to mountain specialists. The owner was a world class Triathlete and an Adventure racer.
