I ordered flowers for my husband's ailing grandmother in Montreal. They have yet to be delivered. They were to be there by the 17th of December. After numerous emails that are not answered and phone calls where you are left on hold so long they are hoping you will hang up, I still have no resolve to my order. When I called last week to verify the address and phone number and that I had replied to an email sent by Sears, the agent I spoke to said the information I had sent was not received and no update was in the system. Really? I have been a loyal customer to Sears for over 25 years. I will never order another Flower arrangement from this company. Oh by the way, as I am writing this complaint, I have been on hold now officially for 25 minutes, 20 minutes after speaking with an agent who put me on hold so she can get me to speak to someone else. Terrible service!! My review zero stars!!

I sent 2 Christmas flower arrangements to my aunts in the use and while one was delivered with substandard flowers which I paid a lot of money for the other was left at the door in an apartment building where they were stolen after I complained to Flowers by Sears they promised me a new delivery was going to be made but it never happened. I have been charged for a hand delivery fee and it never happened, my Christmas present was ruined and I overpaid for services which were never privided. Please think twice before using this company as they will not deliver what they promise nor will they take responsibility for their horrible service! I know I will never use them again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a kinkade Christmas arrangement and they sent the order through a dispatch in Californa and my Mom received something that I might have paid $20 for (I paid almost $100). No follow up or anything!, kudos to Armstrong Flowers who fixed everything for me probably at a loss to themselves and wished my Mom a Merry Christmas. Guess who will get all of my orders from now on?
I don't understand why companies think they can get away with this when people can post/complain within minutes.

I dont normally do stuff like this but , when I saw what I had been delivered I am still sooo pissed off.

I moved to calgary , and this was the first mother's day I didn't get to see my mom , for mother's day , I googled florist , and came across sears flowers, so I searched and found one I really liked Possibly Pink - and i choose the Deluxe arrangement. Even though there was a disconnect with the time and the delivered in the morning and not after 5 pm , i thought oh well....Until my mother took a picture of the flowers I sent her. OMG to my horror what I saw was nothing ...not even remotely close to what i purchased. The name POSSIBLY PINK says it all right ? so i thought here is the description of what I ordered

Impossibly pretty. This decidedly feminine arrangement is absolutely delightful.
Perfectly peachy peach spray roses, pink asiatic lilies and miniature carnations, lavender cushion spray chrysanthemums and waxflower, pittosporum and seeded eucalyptus fill an exclusive pink cube. Have one delivered and almost anything's possible.

I have attached pictures to show you what was delivered, if you read the name of the arrangement i purchased and look at the picture and description there is nothing PINK about this arrangement.
the arrangement I purchased Possibly Pink - Deluxe , it shows pink flowers , approx 4-5 Lilies , 5-6 Roses. The arrangement I got had 1 lily, and 2 yellow roses, a twig of some green leaves and a and a few other flowers and a red vase. I could have purchased a better arrangement at a grocery store.

I called them to find out the F*** happened the agent TY said she could give me 20% discount ...lmfao are you serious i don't want this shitty arrangement you sent to my mother for her surprise gift. She then said they can pick up the flowers and give a full refund , I said no i am not going to send flowers to someone and ask for them back , i want what i purchased, she then said we can deliver the correct ones and pick up the ones delivered ..I said ok , She advised the will be delivered today . OK

10 Pm that evening still no flowers , no calls from Sears Flowers....1 week later no Flowers , no call, almost 2 weeks later no Flowers , no call. Being that I am still so upset that a company so big would disappoint.

So I wrote this big long letter to customer service ( customerservice@flowersbysears.ca), and got a general offer of 20 % off and a sorry , and none of my issues acknowledged.

I would never recommend even taking a chance to buy flowers from them.

I ordered two arrangements from Sears Flowers. They only delivered ONE arrangement one day late. The other arrangement was to be delivered ONE MILE away from the first location (on a remote road) and they COULDN'T find it!!!!! Most of all, they would deliver it SIX DAYS later!! I cancelled will NEVER EVER deal with them again!
