Jason was the first person I encountered when walking in Acess Storage, He went well and Beyond to help me. He walked me to the process easily and was able to get a storage on the same day. Altar and Gary were professionals and communicated professionally. I am well pleased.

When I visited the Victoria Park location to check the unit and sign the contract, the store manager, Altaf N., was outstanding. He made the entire process quick and straightforward. I had a great experience at Access Storage in North York. From the point of sign up, to the point of moving in has been effortless.
The employees have great customer service skills the tour was quick and the directions were easy to follow. It does allow easy access to storage spaces 24/7 and The storage spaces are very nice. It's clean and well kept.
I thank God for showing us this storage company.

Visited 31 October to put my stuff as i wasn't able to put it in my apartment. Last minute called them and they showed us the lockers as only limited lockers were available. The whole process was so smooth and the promotion they gave was very economical in this date. Must visit if you really need any sort of locker or supply services.

They charge 4 weeks ahead - so make sure you understand their partial refund policy - there is none - if you wish to end early in the 4-week period.

Excellent experience. Staff is helpful & professional - with the exception of Altaf-his inability to provide helpful & professional service is unfortunately the reason I opted to relocate. He is not a representation of the typical level of service - accordingly I am leaving a 5 star review.
