I needed to rent three spaces for just over a month in a location with 24-hour access. The young man who helped me, Tyler, was incredible and offered me the spaces close together to facilitate moving between them. Competitive price, guaranteed accessibility, excellent service, and excellent facilities.

Walked in to inquire about a storage unit today, I was greeted by Britney who was incredibly friendly and approachable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything clear for me.

She really knew her stuff and made the whole process smooth and stress- free till I made up my mind and got exactly what I was looking for.

PLEASE READ!! I have to write this to ALERT AND WARN new storage users of the potential risks of using of Access storage. I used them for a year I met Mitch ( regional store manager ) and Vince ( the acting store manager at the time) it's Tyler now. In June 2024, my STORAGE UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO, majority of my items including my expensive computer gear and treasured family objects were stolen! the manager didn't alert me so I found out by complete surprise and he said "he was getting to it but forgot". I filed a police report the same day as I was told to and asked the regional manager Mitch to file an insurance claim. ( yes I was paying insurance ).
It's December 2024 guys, I've had to call over and over again, send emails again and again. I've still gotten no answers. I never received compensation and I'm being blown off again and again. I'm completely devastated, but if you can learn from my experience then it'll save you thousands and heartache.

Just a quick review regarding this specific location. I'm glad that I have picked at random Oakviille location. During a visit I was greeted with very knowledgeable and attentive staff that assisted me with showing the unit and making sure the car will fit for storage. Before signing up agreement everything was explained to me with no pressure and all the options. Very positive bunch of guys. Highly recommended (even if it's further away from your home). 5 Stars from me.

Had a great experience here! Even though myself and a few others showed up 5 minutes before closing, Tyler was happy to help us. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and didn't rush through the process. He was even kind enough to walk me to my locker after I forgot which unit I was assigned.

An amazing experience. Tyler at the North Service Road location in Oakville is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire process- from the minute you walk in the door for the first time, until the time your rental term ends and you head out- is flawless and stress free. They deliver exactly as promised. The centre itself is clean, well organized and the units are perfect as well.

Entirely new staff, so no one knew what they were doing. Went to my units the first night to find that the Access padlocks had not yet been removed, so had to go back the next day.
Mold in my unit, so couldn’t even use it for storage. damaged and exposed metal studs everywhere. Just an overall dumpy location.
Moved to a different access storage in Burlington and it’s beautiful!

Our real estate team utilizes many storage unit facilities in the GTA and this one is our favourite. Mitchell and the team are always friendly, diligent and helpful. Clean facility and units. Highly recommended.

I've had a locker at this location for almost 2 years. Just a few nights ago, my locker was broken into from the unit next to mine (which had already been broken into another time very recently) as well connecting units being accessed from inside my unit. How does this happen you might ask? The walls are made out of drywall. Fantastic for protection! From what I was told, they only had security on the premises because some units had been broken into recently. The break-in happened over night, but I didn't receive a call about it until mid afternoon. The only positive thing I have to say about that how situation was how helpful maintenance was, helping me move things over to a new unit. I would like to hear their reasoning as to why myself as well os other surrounding units were not notified that another unit had been broken into, and that our units were at risk? I've been told that I was going to be contacted by Mitchell, but that hasn't happened yet. I was also told that I would be contacted to file what items have been damaged or stolen, which also hasn't happened yet. We are paying to store items with the expectation that our items will have some form of security and protection. You do not have that here
