Been renting here for the past 6months. Fast response, clean well maintained storage facilities.

I rented the unit at uplands for 3 months when purchasing a new home for temporary storage. A little pricey, but it served it's purpose. The manager is great at doing what he can to address any issues that come up as soon as possible. The only reason I rated it four stars instead of five is because it took around 2-3 weeks to get my access card working.

When I first registered for the unit, I honestly it was questioning how to even enter the parking lot since it's shared with park n fly. So I'm writing this comment for others who were in the same position I was in.

Here are some things I wish I knew before hand:
1. You will always use the far right entrance to the parking lot, there will be 2 lanes there. To access without a key card, you can use the left lane and just tell park n fly that you want to go to access storage. You should not take a parking ticket, while it will grant you entrance, it confuses the park n fly employees.

2. If you purchase a unit you will get a key card that you can use to enter/exit freely.

3. For access storage, once you have a key card, you always want to use the right lane.

3. Sometimes newer park n fly employees attempt to charge you, thinking you were parking there. In all circumstances refute this and make sure they are aware that you came from access storage. If they do charge you you can email their manager to get a refund.

4. To be safe, if purchasing your own lock make sure it is for a storage unit. Locks that are too small or that have very long bars will not fit.

I was quite disappointed with the condition of the storage unit. There were visible holes, which led to water damage to my belongings. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was told, “Oh well, we can fix it in the summer.” In the meantime, my items were left exposed to snow, moisture, and potentially rodents.

Given the cost of the outdoor unit, I expected a higher standard of maintenance and customer service. The lack of urgency and concern was frustrating and unacceptable.

The units were clean and easy to access. It was great to have the extra security of the security gates at the entrance to the park and ride. The manager was super helpful whenever we popped into the office.

Very convenient to drive up and drop off. The site was clean and tidy. Locker was clean and good size Price was fair.

I chose them at first just because of the good deal but ended up having the most pleasant service I've had with storage company. The store manager Jack at uplands branch was very patient, pleasant and very knowledgeable at his job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and it would be the first into mind if I needed a storage again in the future.

Me and my family have been using a unit for a few years and we’ve had no problems. A lot of room for items and there units are in very good shape and clean

We have been here a few years and never had any issues. A very clean place. Big storage units. Very friendly. Always able to help out when needed.
