Was very efficient way of storing the contents of our garage
Just remember to leave enough room for the truck to drop off and pick up container as it was a challenge when people parked cars in the way. The driver was very patient and did a great job

I booked /reserved a portable container today. The process was done very easily, mainly because of my advisor, Jatinder Kaur. She answered all my questions and mentioned items I didn't really think of beforehand. Explained all policy items in detail. Thank you.

Pickup and delivery went smoothly and on time. We are on a narrow street and max'd out the limits but the driver had no issues getting the cube on our driveway. Very friendly service staff and driver.

Easy moving experience with great support team from booking to receiving. Really appreciate that we were able to move on our own terms and speed. Obtaining permits from city was more flexible because of the size of the cube that was not blocking traffic flow.

Appreciate the work and communication that was done. I was disappointed that I had booked a pick up time well in advance but the day before cancelled as they had no drivers, do cube sat in driveway for 4 extra days.

Most accommodating. I had to postpone my move on short notice and it was no problem or hassle to cancel. When I rebook I will use them for sure. Thank you Cuebit for being so understanding.

Very disappointed with this company and their customer service. They have faulty storage containers!! The one I had, had a hole in the roof, so water dripped on our high end furniture all winter. They asked me to submit a claim, and after several months of ignored phone call and emails, they sent a cheque for measly $240 !!!
I had to spend > $1200 to repair damage to the furniture. They asked me to go through my home insurance, but why would I when fault is theirs!! My insurance deductible is alot more!!
I would never use them again!!

Excellent Service from booking staff and delivery drivers. Drop offs and pickups on time. Excellent service all around. Loaded in October 2023, stored until June 2024 no damage to contents. I liked that loading and unloading container is horizontal at all times. I would recommend to anybody needing moving and storage this is the way to go. A lot better than having to rent a truck and load and unload twice.

There is nothing I can say that disappointed me throughout this whole process. 10/10 all around. It was smooth and made my move soooo easy. The staff was so polite, professional and provided a great customer service experience. I will now and always refer Cubeit to anyone I know that could use one for whatever reason. Also , im a self employed contractor and occasionally may need one for a jobsite. I will loyally use Cubeit whenever those situations come up.

The Personnel at both the reception/reservation desk and the driver who dropped off the cube, were excellent to deal with. They provided information that has made our move seamless. There rates are very reasonable and affordable. I have done and will continue to highly recommend this company for all your moving needs!

My experience with Cubit and all their staff has been remarkable. They offer a simple efficient friendly cost effective service. I highly recommend them.

This company quote the cost , delivered on time, removed containers and stored until I requested them to be delivered to new address. No extra charges after quote. I would recommend this company to my friends for their moving and storage when moving.
