Karan & Donna were so helpful setting me up with a storage unit. My first time doing this & they made the experience very fun. Great personalities & excellent knowledge. They both take great pride in their work & their workplace.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Units are clean and maintained well. Casey went above and beyond and drove over to the storage location to insure we were able to get into our unit hassle free. I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

I never got to use it but every time I had to talk to them I was pleased with their timing and professional attitude.

Our family had a great experience with the team at Access Storage. With the stressful situation of moving. They were able to get us a unit that suited our needs and completed and explained everything to us carefully. Laurie and Kimberly were very happy to show us around the site and viewed units. The explained everything so we understood how storage works and made us feel less stressed.
