Beauty boutique staff are rude!!!

When one spends hundreds of dollars on cosmetics you would think the staff would have good customer service that represents the Shoppers Drug Mart Brand.

Don't spend your money there. Not worth the condesending attitude you receive from the cosmetic staff.

I went to return an unopened hair dye and the store owner Howard did not allow me. I admit that I came to return it approx 3-5 hours after their return policy time frame. All Howard had to say was we're sorry but due to our policy we cannot refund your item. As soon as he came over after the cashier asked for him, he was EXTREMELY rude. He kept going on and on about how it's my fault and people like me need to stop wasting his time for a petty purchase like hair dye. I have never in my life met someone so condescending as him.

I was appalled by the cold, demanding and unfriendly service provided by a Canada Post outlet employee in the Shoppers Drug Mart on May 16, 2011 at approximately 10am. After reprimanding me for not having the appropriate postage on my parcel (which was only being sent to Markham) the clerk scolded me for not addressing the letter appropriately. I can understand someone having a bad day - we all have them!- but this clerk had no concept of customer service. I was so relieved to get out of there! I will never visit them again! What a terrible experience!

this location has amazing customer service. the merchandisers are great. cashiers are pleasant. i love shopping there at least twice a week :)

I shop at this location everyday. All of the staff are super nice and they have great customer service. Especially the cashiers and the lady who works at the postal section at the back.
This store needs to be bigger. They really don't have enough room for everything. I went in yesterday on my lunch and looked everywhere for the paper towel that was on sale. I asked one of the gentlemen on the floor ..he said they were out.. then I asked one of the cashiers ..because I didn't believe him :) She called to the back and they brought out 2 pks for me. I think that they just don't have any room on the floor to put them out. Imagine the size of one 8 roll package of paper towel..yep..I suspect they were thinking.."Where do they expect us to put that"! :)
