I would give this coin laundry -(minus)10 stars. This morning i washed my quilt in this self service laundry facility. Since I had to be downtown for an appointment at noon, I would not have had the time to let it dry. I asked at the dry cleaners if I could pay someone to fold it when dry, and they refused, saying they don't provide that service. So I took my wet blanket home and returned at 7:25pm. When I walked in the attendant told me it closes at 8 and would not allow me to come in. I explained that I only needed to use the dryer and I would not be needing to stay longer than 8:00pm. But she refused, telling me those are the rules. Something is wrong with this way of doing business. I will never step foot in there again except to voice my complaint and I will advise all my friends to stay far away from this place.
