My experiance with access storage Brantford, all though unorthodox has been excellent. They have been friendly, helpful and understanding in meeting my needs for vehicle parking and storage.

10/10 would recommend.

The customer service was amazing as they waited for me to arrive right at the end of day 5pm to start a new rental from my phone call at 415pm ...Great experience with personalize experience . Would recommend to anybody needing storage .

I’m a university student and left my boxes, valuables and clothes for the summer break. It was quite affordable and there were no hidden fees. They were very up front about it. It’s very simple and convenient to get your things to the warehouse and out of it. My stuff was untouched and I’m just happy it was all safe. Great services and overall extremely happy I chose Access Storage. They are also very clear and really kind when they explain how everything works so that’s why it was a smooth sailing experience. Did not worry once when I was in a whole different continent so thank you!

Lindsay and Mirch were an absolute lovely delight. They were so helpful and sweet to me in a dire time of need and made the whole process easier. The staff has always been as personable and sweet as possible without making me feel helpless.

Lindsay and Mitch were fantastic; they both are so personable and were able to help us easily find both what suited our needs, our price range, and helped us know all our options. Mitch gets a 1 Star for not so slyly begging us for this, Lindsay gets a 5 for telling us it's a contest. Hope y'all win, and thank you guys again for making this so quick and easy!

I loved the facility it was nice & clean, well ventilationed and bright. I felt safe with my belongings there knowing the police station was across the street and 24 hr security. The employees were friendly & knowledge. I will definitely use this facility again if I ever need long term storage.

At first, I had a hard time finding my first unit and Lindsay and Branford was so gracious enough to help me out and they were having a price match if I was gonna move my stuff out of there and do another storage place and they price matched and so I went to a bigger unit Access storage and I wanna thank the two girls and Lindsay They’re very helpful very very helpful. I only have one complaint out of all complaints outside. There’s too many screws and nails. They need to get a magnet those magnet, etc. on wheels so somebody can go and walk it around the property so people are getting flat tires. that’s my only worry But the two girls I dealt with wonderful wonderful and they’re very helpful.

Trifecta Aluminum is a long term Access Storage customer in London On. Many of our siding jobs are in cities and counties well beyond London so we appreciate it when we don't have to tow back and forth from London. Sometimes, we are able to find an Access Storage location near a job site where we can park our trailer in order to save on fuel costs related to towing a trailer that weighs over 10,000 pounds. We just completed a project in Brantford near Garden Ave and it was a great help to be able to get a parking spot in the lot across from the Brantford Police Dept. It was only for a couple weeks but the Store Manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She made our stay super simple and convenient. Highly Recommended!

I’ve purchased storage before in the past a number of times and have never had more than a mediocre experience.

However, the moment I walked into access storage on Gretzky the front desk staff were amazing! Not only were they a pleasure to deal with, they were unbelievably helpful. Moreover, they helped me with a rather unique situation by providing a suggestion that not only saved me lot of money but also removed a huge amount of stress and pressure I was expecting to deal with.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at access storage in Brantford!

The reception staffs were super helpful and accommodating! They have convenient loading area and ample moving supplies in the store. Their friendly and professional staffs makes it ideal 😊

Easy to use for both access in and removing stuff. I got a medium sized unit and it was a good size and fit a lot of stuff. The office staff were friendly and really helpful both in person and over the phone. I was able to change the card on my account over the phone and when it was time to close down my account after moving my stuff out the process was super easy as well! Would reccomend

Lindsay was Awesome!!! I want to marry her 🙂 Jks kidding, Shes definitley Married, Super helpful, Super friendly, Oh ya shes taken for sure Lol. Storing my car with them was such a stress free and hassle free experience, never again will I store my cars at private shops.

Tabatha and Lindsay are amazing human beings and very professional. Every time I have gone into the access storage here they have been so welcoming and knowledgeable and fun to speak with. Customer service is amazing here.

I also noticed they take great care of the facility like the bathroom and the front office. Very clean and professional ladies, always enjoy stopping by and saying hi if I drop by on working hours to my unit.

I want to thank Tabatha Jones @ 101 Wayne Gretzky Pwy Brantford for her incredible patience and understanding dealing with an irate customer. This lady proved she is capable of dealing with all types of customers. Great job Tabatha.

Unlike some other storage places where there is never more than 1 person working, there were three girls in the office today. All were friendly and interested in what I was going to be doing and made suggestions and gave me information.I did not have. Lindsay took the time to explain everything and took me to the locker, showed it to me and showed me another one that was larger which I ended up taking because it suited my needs better. She also showed me parking area, loading dock and carts and made sure I understood the access keypad and explained how to use and why It is important to use even if someone already has the door open so I don't have an alarm go off. Told me about the buy and sell parking spots across the street at the Police Station which I did not know about and think is a fantastic idea. All and all by the time I was finished I was totally comfortable that even though I didn't shop around I have got a quality locker that is going to be suitable and people that are going to be helpful when I need them and made a decision on the spot although I planned to shop around. Great service!

I can't speak any more highly of the Brantford (Gretzky Parkway) location of Access Storage. While the facilities are secure, clean, and overall very nice, it is the staff there who have impressed me most.

Several times throughout my time renting a unit at Access Storage, I encountered a number of challenges in my own personal life which had nothing to do with the company or its staff. For example, a couple times my payment was a few days late. The staff were extremely respectful in helping me address this issue.

The biggest challenge I experienced was losing the keys to my unit. Thankfully, I am not the first person to do so. The staff and manager at Access Storage were amazing. They helped find a solution that resulted in my getting access to my unit quickly and easily. Even more, they did so in a kind and respectful manner. Some people would have added to my embarrassment and stress. Not these folks. They were fantastic.

The only reason I stopped renting at unit was that I moved to a new house that had sufficient space to hold my belongings.

If I ever need to rent a storage space again, I will return to these folks. Its not even a question in my mind.

The staff at Access Storage at 101 Wayne Gretzky were so amazing. They sure helped me through a tough time. They were so helpful, kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone needing to store their belongings. Very nice clean place. Great staff. I can't thank them enough.
