The service advisor Ralph was amazing to deal with, quick To help resolve all issues, the only thing is,

Friendly, good work. It’s frustrating though when I book a 9am appointment and I call at 1:30 to check on the progress and I’m told my truck is next in line to get in the shop. When I booked my appointment the entire week was open. I’m not understanding how your process works best for your customers. It doesn’t respect their time.
The service was very good.
In this time of Covid 19 the staff were helpful and provided excellent service. The process which provided physical distancing was quick and went well. Thank you in these difficult times.

My service was completed ahead of schedule and all items were well looked after. I appreciated the courtesy wash too.

As I'm out of the extended service contract, it was time to find out why the maintenance and tire lights were on. As usual some minor repairs. Everything was reviewed a repaired timely. Only drawback was the occasional delay in the automatic clutch when accelerating from a stolen to start. This is an over $2,500 repair that was never repaired while under warranty as Ford corporate wouldn't had still won't cover it. Nothing personal against Coastal Ford, but does question my next vehicle purchase as this was the first Ford I have ever purchased in my life.
Great customer service and speedy work. However, after spending that much money, a curtesy wash and a delivery of the car to the front of the shop would have been nicer than walking literally to the back of their lot to collect it. I’m old school I guess.
My experience for service at Coastal Ford was once again excellent
Firstly, I always appreciate the fact that Ford advised me by mail, email and follow up when I make an appointment for any reason. Gives me the feeling that they aren't trying to hide from their mistakes.
Secondly, I found out when I booked my recall for the block heater that they offer service on Saturday which was a great benefit for me.
Thirdly, I appreciate getting an early appointment and being able to drop my truck off the night before.
Fourthly (?) I got a call early in the day to ask if I wanted to proceed with front brake pads and rotors along with given different options and NO pressure which I agreed to.
Fifth and finally, my truck was ready for pickup by 12:30.
Not to mention they offer a nice facility, with complimentary tea and coffee and nice washrooms to change into my biking gear.
If you want a Ford, these are my guys!

I purchased my last two Ford trucks from your dealership, and have always been loyal in bringing them to you for servicing. I have also always been pleased with the service, both in terms of job well done as well as booking appointments.
My only issue is that your shuttle policy regarding not going to South Burnaby creates a huge inconvenience for me, as my office is just off of Marine Way in Burnaby. When I leave my truck with you for servicing, I can only get a ride from your shuttle back to Metrotown, which only allows me to work from home. I have nobody else to arrange for rides, and it is important for me to be at my office as I am the only one working here, so as I say this is a huge inconvenience trying to balance work and getting my truck serviced regularly. In fact it has resulted in delaying servicing in the past, which I do not like doing.
As a result, I am now considering, after years of returning to your dealership for servicing and purchasing my vehicles from you, possibly changing dealers to one that is closer to my office. It does not make me feel good to have to consider this, but if I am not able to get shuttle rides to and from my office when I am getting servicing done, I will likely be changing.
My office is located at 8988 Fraserton Court in Burnaby, in case you are interested in making an exception to your policy for me.

Absolutely wonderful service as always!
I have an older model. I brought my car for inspection and got a fair opinion on the cost and needs regarding the repair. They did a free part search on my behalf. Great Service!
Sales people were nice, but used alot of pressure tactics. Ended up leaving without a car. They are not a member of BBB, and have a unsatisfactory rating with them.
