Service department...HORRIBLE service!
RECENT (If I could, this would be ZERO stars): The only thing great about this place are there sales reps, mechanics and location...otherwise, I warn you...go elsewhere.
This review is in reaction to the service department (not the mechanics, who are great). I've been calling the service department for over a week, have been directed to a voicemail. I have left 4 different messages, with no calls back. Today I called back, and was adamant to be directed to an individual. I asked for a service appointment and to change my winter tires. She said to come in 1.5 weeks!!! Are you kidding me? What a joke on hospitality as they clearly can't even answer the phone properly and give me a date that I'd like. Just to be clear, I called EARLY so I could get an appointment in a weeks' time. Either hire more staff, or change management...this is not the first time this has happened. When I got my winter tires changed last time, they could not offer me a shuttle back home and they said it would only be a 45 minute late. Apparently 45 minutes means 2 hours! If I knew, I could have arranged someone to pick me up. From now on, I plan on going to a different service center that treats people with respect. I also plan to tell others to avoid coming to this service centre as I don't want others to go through this.
