Wilson Chan, great guy.
Hello, I just wanted to take a minute to compliment a Sales Staff, Wilson.
He is very personable, reliable and trustworthy. I purchased a civic for my son here and Wilson took great care of my kid. Patiently showing us all the cool gadgets in the car, test drove and guided us through the process thoroughly.

I am very happy that my kid is in a safe and durable vehicle.
Thank you Wilson for making this a wonderful experience.
Great team of Sales people and managers who know what they're doing here.

Service department...HORRIBLE service!
RECENT (If I could, this would be ZERO stars): The only thing great about this place are there sales reps, mechanics and location...otherwise, I warn you...go elsewhere.

This review is in reaction to the service department (not the mechanics, who are great). I've been calling the service department for over a week, have been directed to a voicemail. I have left 4 different messages, with no calls back. Today I called back, and was adamant to be directed to an individual. I asked for a service appointment and to change my winter tires. She said to come in 1.5 weeks!!! Are you kidding me? What a joke on hospitality as they clearly can't even answer the phone properly and give me a date that I'd like. Just to be clear, I called EARLY so I could get an appointment in a weeks' time. Either hire more staff, or change management...this is not the first time this has happened. When I got my winter tires changed last time, they could not offer me a shuttle back home and they said it would only be a 45 minute late. Apparently 45 minutes means 2 hours! If I knew, I could have arranged someone to pick me up. From now on, I plan on going to a different service center that treats people with respect. I also plan to tell others to avoid coming to this service centre as I don't want others to go through this.

Avoid - great salespeople, atrocious delivery and attitude
Avoid - great salespeople, atrocious delivery and even worse attitude. Here is why. Was very excited, went to pick up brand new 2016 HRV this morning that we waited six weeks for, at Markham Honda Ontario Canada. Car was not prepared properly - covered with dust, white milky spot (defect) on roof (deep ocean pearl), rough paint especially on rear spoiler, sides, and upper doors felt like there were bits in the paint (as compared to car in showroom), dust on car, 8" scratch on windshield. Rusty wheel locks. Never got to turning the engine on. Dealership offered to fix it up (should have been ready in the first place). Offered to buff out windshield (!). Asked for a loaner, told we would have to pay for it. Long story short we thought we were buying a new car, not a fixer upper, did not trust they would do the job properly based on the comments and attitude. Got deposit back, can only imagine because they thought they can turn it around and sell it to someone else as they are apparently in short supply.

Left such a bad taste we are looking at another CUV. To Honda Canada - erosion happens one grain of sand at a time.

COMPLIMENTS TO THIS TEAM
I go to Markham Honda for all my services, they take great care of me and very friendly staff.
I didn't buy my car from them, wish I did though!!!

I actually started going here because I randomly bumped into a gentlemen in a Markham Honda outfit at the gas station, he held the door for me and when I saw his shirt, I asked him questions about my Honda, he was very pleasant and encouraged me to go to markham Honda for services.

His name was Wilson, I think he represented the company very well, trustworthy.
Been going here ever since.

I think it is extremely important that you select who you represent the reputation of your company. He was a great! All the staff I need to compliment. Planning to purchase a new Honda in May here, thanks.

Excellent service
Dave the Service Manager and his Assistant Ruan? tried very hard and have gone out of their way to accommodate my request, and the parts was replaced very quickly after I received a phone call from Markham Honda. I am very happy with the service.

poor sales
requested a 2014 manual accord sport and 2014 civic si to test drive. Received a response that the vehicles available for a test drive and made appointment. When i got there none of the vehicles were available. Sales person not friendly, showed no interest in selling me. Then promised that the vehicle will be available next two days and will contact me. Never contacted me. Wasted my time at this dealership. This is probably the worst Honda dealership I have been to.

Best car buying experience ever
Pervaiz was knowledgeable and helpful through the entire buying process. I gave a budget and he found me exactly what I needed at a great price. I've never been so pleased with a car buying experience. Thanks Pervaiz, we will enjoy our Honda for many years to come.

Pleasant to Deal With
I purchased my 2014 Accord here. The experience was pretty good and Michael Song, the sales, was pretty knowledgeable about the car. He was also good in following up my request. The price was reasonable too. This is one of the better experience dealing with a dealership.

Oil Change
Took my Honda back to Markham Honda for oil change back in early May, the adviser told me no time to do it and didn't even bother give me an appointment...Great service...
