Dr. Brittnie Tran, who is board certified in family medicine, treats patients aged 6 and older. Dr. Tran’s patient-centered approach focuses on collaborating with patients and making sure all their health needs are met.

Dr. Zainab Soumahoro is a board-certified family medicine specialist whose primary clinical interests are preventive medicine and management of chronic diseases. She sees patients for acute conditions such as respiratory problems and urinary tract infections and chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Dr. Eli Coria, who is board certified in family medicine, sees patients of all ages and speaks Spanish. He treats a variety of chronic diseases, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes; as well as many acute conditions, including colds, allergies, skin lesions and minor injuries.

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Fan treats patients ages six and up. He provides services for a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions including, hypertension, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, diabetes, obesity management and COPD. His clinic interest lies in preventive medicine. Dr. Fan is fluent in Mandarin.
