It's important to me to provide holistic care to my patients. To do that, I take time to get to know them and their priorities. I focus on listening and working together to develop a personalized health care plan that helps them reach their care goals.

Services include: colds, flu, sore throat, cough, ear or sinus pain, minor burns and bruises, scrapes or cuts, sprains, fractures, asthma, pediatric illnesses, abdominal pain, rash or hives, allergies, foreign object in eye or nose, urinary symptoms, and more.

I have over 25 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in family practice most of my career. Areas of interest include, diabetes prevention and care, womens wellness including contraception (IUD and contraceptive implant insertion) and hormone therapy and medication for opiate use disorder.

I welcome patients of all ages and have a special interest in women's health. My patients describe me as compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable. I got into medicine to empower others to make informed decisions about their health and to promote healthy lifestyles in both the physical and mental aspects of life.

I went into medicine to help care for other people, especially those in underserved communities by providing resources, education and support.
