Uniontown Family Doctors opened its doors in 1998 as part of the Centerville Clinics network that provides total healthcare for the entire community.

Cornerstone Care is a non-profit network of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHC) and practices serving communities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia. Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and the residents of our community with special concern for the underserved.
