We got married Sept 12 2015. We had both our ceremony and reception at Liuna Gardens. We had a hand full of issues with the location both the day before and the day of. Now, although they were resolved, it was not done so properly. So naturally we put in a complaint to the general manager, Robert Vesca, who had also organized everything. He insured us that he would look into it and take care it. Now, almost 5 months later, nothing has been done and he is ignoring us in all forms of contact. We have called and left messages with Mary at the front desk, we have called his office number and left messages and we have even emailed him. All a multitude of times. He has not answered us since the end of November. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. We ourselves our in customer service and this is no way to treat your guests. Wedding are not cheap, especially not Liuna Gardens. The main issue we had was having to set everything up ourselves bc it was done wrong due to misleading floor plans and bc the staff was too lazy to set up for 2 different ceremonies. What I mean by this is that our ceremony was set up for 200+ people which was the wedding after us. Do you know how ridiculous it looks having a ceremony with less than 100 people with that many chairs? We in no way got what we paid for and I would advise brides and grooms to not book here, unless you want to pay a load of money to do it yourself. And if you do and have an issue, good luck because there is absolutely no customer service and even the genreal manager Robert Vesca will ignore you in hopes you give up. If I had an option to do zero stars, I would.
