Sentinel storage richmond is a nice facility and easy to get access too. The ladies at the front are friendly and helpful. Where they can improve on and this will bring them up to 5 stars is notifying costumers that their payment is coming up via email before the late charge will take affect. They send me an email the day the late charge comes into affect but not the day before allowing me to have time to pay for the following month before the $21 late fee is added onto my account.
