Ruined my hair as the stylist did not lighten my hair enough she used color instead of bleach,was there for 2 and a half hours (first appt) I then booked a new appt to fix it and bad went to super bad, It still was not lightened to a non-brassy tone. Asked the owner to call he did not...he got his girlfriend (the stylist who did my hair the first time) to call, and when asked the reason he didn't she said he was in a business meeting and "she" was the next best thing...Ya I do not think so..He should be able to make customers a priority not her ego. Anyway 2 calls and 2 emails to him no response!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! $160.00 down the tubes. Will be spending the same if not more to get my hair fixed tomorrow elsewhere!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! Stay clear of Lisa-Marie unless you love everything and agree what she does is flawless! My color and cut was far from it. Also if you do not agree to come back for "Them" to fix your hair she will ask if you want to cut ties and call it a day!!! No refund offered just another kick in the teeth after they ruin and burn your hair... THANKS GUYS!
