Shane was very easy to deal with and most importantly one of the most honest persons I have ever met. I drove all the way from Newmarket after speaking to Shane about the car I wanted because he sounded so sincere and I was not disappointed. He was extremely helpful...even had the car put on the hoist so I could look underneath. I got a great deal and was even happier when I went to pick up the car because it was beautifully detailed and looked brand new. My brother-in-law has an A4 and wants another Audi in the spring. We will be visiting Oakville Audi and Shane again...guaranteed. Absolutely worth the drive.
