Disrespectful service, although Audi are known for their great customer service, but Alan is making this great image ugly!!!
I guess I’ll be going to another dealership that cares.
Customer Satisfaction goes way beyond the Staff we meet at the service counter.
It begins when we make a call.........Left on hold or Reception does not take a call back #.
A two or five minute delay is not acceptable. That is not a reflection of the service department, rather management /organizational issues.
I've only had three visits to your dealership.
1st time to try to purchase a car.
I was not attended to by Sales .Reception said know one was available. I found myself wondering the back lot to see available colours for the SQ5 I was interested in purchasing.
Eventually, months later I purchased my 2019 Audi SQ5 through a broker, who worked with a company in Oshawa. OWESCO in Durham.
The broker was able to provide me a price for the vehicle $5000 less, than my 2nd visit to your dealership, where I finally met with a sales representative. I offered a cash deal. No trade, I would sell my Lexus privately but the price differential was too significant to ignor from the broker's offer.
I live in Burlington, Ont.and will require ongoing maintenance to my vehicle locally.
My issue is not with the "Service Counter" Nancy has been great but rather overall Customer Satisifaction from both your dealership & Audi.
I ran a German Company for over 10 years and your fill rates are sadly lacking.
Spare parts on a new product in our company were to be replaced and installed within 48 hrs. (BOSCH) or product replaced immediately.
You ask for a Service satisfaction report.
If you ask about my experience at the counter it was great!

The SQ5 that I purchased was delivered on time and my sales representative did a great job going over all of the features of this vehicle.
I recently purchased a used A4 Avant from Audi Oakville, and couldn’t be happier. My sales representative was Etienne and I would highly recommend him! Etienne made sure that all my questions were answered prior to purchase and provided an excellent no pressure environment; he also drove all the way to Niagara to pick me up, as a scheduling error (on my part) left me without a drive on the day I was to take delivery of my vehicle.
Unfortunately, my Audi A4 Avant, didn’t qualify for the certified pre-owned program; which left me a little hesitant, however Etienne made sure the vehicle was in excellent order before I took possession and Lorin set me up with an amazing warranty that fit within my budget, and more importantly took care of my concerns!!
A few weeks later my spare key arrived, and needed programming; Etienne booked an appointment for me and when I arrived everything was ready to go, and I had no wait. The key programming was done by the mechanics at the old location, up the street, and they were also fantastic! I had a few questions about maintenance and other small issues, and they were very happy help me out!
Overall my experience with Audi Oakville was terrific; everyone that I interacted with was professional, happy to be of assistance, courteous and honest, I don’t think you can ask more than that! Once again, Etienne was a great representative for Audi, and I would recommend my friends and family to see him!
So glad I chose Audi Oakville after shopping for one month at other dealerships but Immediately I met Mr. Samour and realized he was trustworthy and explained everything to me before and after. When I picked up my car he spent at least one hour explaining all the features and even set up my blue tooth. He was very patient and very informative.

I had GM cars, range rover, Porsches and this is my first audi , which is considered a " luxury car " but the service at this dealer was way below luxury or even ordinary .
My wife dropped my car in the morning and asked them to drop it to my clinic when they are done . The advisor answered rudely that " we don't do that " , they have done that all the time , in fact my service appointment notes stated that . Then I kept calling them for three hours to know if my car is done or not and after more then three hours the same " advisor " Advised me that my car might not be done today !!!!
My wife actually was in that same dealer a week ago to buy herself a car but after the way the service department " advisor" treated us ,
She decided to stick with range rover.
What a shame on Audi dealers .
Someone to immediately greet me and take my keys and get the service started. was told it would take about 90 minutes, it took 90 minutes.
Nice place to sit and wait with coffee, juice snacks, work stations, wi-fi, newspapers etc.
Car came out washed and checkout was equally fast.
Thanks Oakville Audi, look forward to next service - Hardly thought I would ever say that.
We had a comfortable feeling right from start to finish and are now proud owners of an Audi A-4. Our Son had purchased a couple of months before us and highly recommended we visit this location (Audi Center Oakville).
We will tell all our friends about our wonderful experience.
