Purchased a sofa and love seat for $2000. A month later it was wearing down like the one we replaced it with that did after 8 years. Sales lady told us what we wanted to hear and lied about the product.
Tepperman's offer no customer satisfaction, we could return it and pay 20% re stocking charge.
Today Aug 14th we paid our balance of $1400.00 and closed both of our accounts.
I have purchased there for over 35 years, never had a issue. I guess there good if you never need warranty.

We have already talked if you are from the customer service department. Teppermans just don't get it, sales lady lied about what we needed and for her we pay.
