Long time customer-not happy
I have had an account at Teppermans for a long time. An oversight left my automatic withdrawl from my bank short of funds causing an NSF. This is the FIRST time. I was away for 10 days. Upon my return I had received several phone calls from the credit department on my voicemail. Nasty? I am absolutely appalled. I would never treat my customers with threats and subject them to name calling as I was treated by Teppermans. Again, this was my first missed payment. Shame on Teppermans and the person who left those messages. Maybe they should check the account before doing that. And since it was March break, it isn't or should not be a surprise that people are away on vacation. Shame!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Randy,
Just checking in- it's April 2nd and I haven't heard from you. I wanted to let you know that I followed up on your feedback and have some additional information for you.
As I'm sure you can understand, we have no way of knowing if you are out of town (unless you let us know), so our only option to reach you is via telephone and by mail.
When your autopayment was returned NSF on March 6th, we called you & left a message. Our records verify that you indeed got a few more calls from us on March 8th, 11th, 13th & 15th respectively. We also advised you that we would be hand-delivering a letter to your home, since we hadn't been able to contact you via telephone.
Randy, we were trying to get in touch with you using standard practices for communication under these circumstances. I'm sorry if you felt harassed- that was not our intent. Given the situation, we didn't have other options available to us.
I have to reject your accusation that you were subjected to "threats and... name calling". You weren't threatened; no one called you names.
I'd still like the opportunity to speak with you directly about this matter. I also have additional information re: your statement that this was your first NSF.
Sincerely,
Noah Tepperman
