They miss a few spots and they have damage my door locking systems after the treatment and drilling.

Everything was working fine before the treatment. They say its not their fault if the locking mechanism fails while being treated.

I will never go back there again. Bad services and they do not stand behind their warranty.

One of the worst company I ever dealt with.

Before my car went in for treatment, my car was working properly.
After they have drilled and did the treatment my car would not lock when I engage the brake or put it to drive. I explain to them that everything was working properly before the treatment and drilling. All they say is that its not their fault and who knows if this is already a problem before the treatment. I also have someone with me and he knows it too but the manager says its not their problem and its the car fault. What a bunch of crooks they are.

I complain it and all they say is that its the car fault and not theirs. I went to the dealer and now I have to ditch 89$ just for estimate + labor and parts.

To all people who are thinking of getting their car rust proofed at Metropolitain better think twice since they do not stand behind their own warranties. Furthermore, they do not do a good job. Better invest somewhere else and I will be going elsewhere for my next rust-proofing.
