Who is responsible for your policy of no returns on items that are not in stock in the store, and what were they thinking when they developed that?
Why do you put a flyer out, in which I find that what I want is not in stock, and that I have to order - and then keep it, if it doesn't fit?
When I call or visit the stores in Regina, I am told that there are no returns on things ordered from the warehouse. Even something as common as a bathroom fan for goodness sake.
I have had this happen too many times with your company. I will not be visiting your stores or opening your useless flyers again.
I will do whatever I can on all forms of Social Media to alert any potential Home Hardware “customers”, and all of my fellow professionals to this truly stupid policy.
