The fellow representing H & R Block seemed very untrained and unsure of himself. After taking 20min to fill in my name, address, and email, I decided to look over his work. He had a mistake in each of his entries. After some time he finished my return and stated im getting $700 dollars back. My estamites were closer to $1200. I spoke to the manager and she had another employee quickly review the return and he found $300 worth of mistakes. That was only my return. After all was said and done we didnt leave until 3:00pm. I have no faith that our returns were done correctly. Too make things worse I came with a coupon that wanted me back and claimed $20 off. When I tried to claim it the woman said my return didnt qualify. To make thing even worse. Ive complained to The H & R head office and they were to be in touch with me within a small number of buisness days and it has been months with no reply. If your reading this you've been warned. DONT GO TO H $ R BLOCK!!!!!!!!! Allow a professional accountant handle your taxes!
