New spa + Installation I bought a new spa from Mermaid (Bullfrog Spas). Buying experience was pretty good. Phil Morneault knows his product and gave great tips. I also got the show of operation. Phil Gregory was right on time, he installed the cover lifter and explained in details how the control panel worked. Everytime I went to Mermaid, to get water tested or buy chemicals, every staff have been great !Overall, I had a good experience so far with Mermaid.
