The Tepperman family experience
Once again I am so totally impressed by Tepperman's and their family of employees. Dan Chevalier has consistently treated us as if we were his own family. He has been there for us every step of the way quickly, friendly and professionally. Yesterday, he went out of his way to introduce us to Karen the customer service manager and what a delightful woman. Again, her quick service, friendly manner and professional attitude made our experience quite pleasant and I never at anytime felt as though I was being a bother. They genuinely care about how I feel. When was the last time anyone felt comfortable enough with a sales representative and customer service manager to invite them over for dinner. You just become part of the Teppermans family. Personalities aside, they stand behind their products and your money is well spent. I would not hesitate to sing their praises to anyone who asks where I shop for my furniture. NOAH, you and your brothers are a tribute to your father...
