whether it be travel or home appliances. sears customer service sucks.i am waiting 3 months for my dishwasher to be repaired.after 6 service calls and six incorrect part supplied excuses ,i am at the point of giving up and just purchasing a new dishwasher.the guarantee is about to expire and i do not know what else to do.sears does not care -3 months without the use of a dishwasher and all you get is --we are waiting for parts from whirlpool--sears sucks sucks and sucks-do not purchase any appliance from sears--after sales service is non existent''i am forced to give 1 star
